SUNDAY EXHALE
SOLO SOUND
SOUNDS LIKE
SAUNA
The 'Sunday Exhale' is a small, intimate sanctuary, designed to help you slow down, soften, and tend to your psyche and soma through sound and rest.
We’ll begin with time to land and get comfortable, followed by a 60-minute sound journey using a blend of instruments. We’ll finish with unhurried time to re-orient in the room, integrate, and leave at your own pace.
There’s nothing you need to do, fix, or achieve. Simply arriving is enough.
The session is gentle but powerful. You may experience:
-
deep rest
-
emotional release
-
warmth, tingles, waves, imagery
-
a shift in energy or mood
-
or simply a peaceful nap!
You can sit up, move, or step outside at any time... your comfort comes first.

Solo Sound is a one-to-one sound journey created just for you.
This is a space to lie down, be held, and let your nervous system settle without having to explain yourself or do anything in particular. No group, no performing, no getting it “right”. Just you, sound, and time to land back in your body.
Each session is shaped around how you’re arriving that day. We’ll begin with a short check-in, followed by gentle grounding and breathwork if that feels supportive. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound journey using a blend of instruments, rhythms, and tones chosen intuitively to support rest, release, and regulation.
You might feel deeply relaxed, emotional, clear-headed, spacious, or quietly energised afterwards. Sometimes it’s subtle, sometimes it’s noticeable straight away. All of it is welcome.
There’s no expectation to talk during the session, but space is always there if something wants to be shared. We’ll finish slowly, with time to reorient and integrate before you head back into the day.
Solo Sound is for you if you want:
-
deep rest without needing to “open up” in a group
-
a more personal, tailored sound experience
-
a pause that feels nourishing rather than effortful
-
time to reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supported way
No previous experience with sound journeys is needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to rest.

Sauna, Sound Bath, Cold Dip & Cacao:
A monthly sensory reset for body, mind and community.
We had such a great time with the sound journey taster at Spear Sauna that we’re turning it into a regular thing - once a month, we're inviting you to attend a 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, feel present, and enjoy a ritual that’s part sensory adventure and part human connection.
This isn’t about performance or “doing it right.” It’s about taking a moment for yourself. Whether you’re a seasoned sauna goer, a surfer fresh off the waves, or someone who’s never tried sound before, you're welcome here.
The session begins with a short guided meditation to help you arrive and settle. From there, you’ll be led through a sound journey using a range of instruments. Deep vibrations, gentle rhythms, and moments where you can fully switch off and let the heat, sound, and breath drop tension, quieten mental noise, and help you feel more spacious in your own skin.
The combination of sauna and sound is powerful but deeply grounding. The heat softens the body, while sound supports the nervous system to shift into rest and awareness.
Once the sound journey comes to a close, you’re welcome to step down to the cove for a cold dip... a refreshing contrast that brings circulation alive and feels especially great after the heat and sound.
Finally, we'll be warming up together around the fire, sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao, taking space to land, chat, and integrate the experience.
What is ceremonial cacao?
Pure, minimally processed cacao paste, known for its deep nutrient dense qualities that traditionally support mood, connection, and gentle heart opening.
In this session we're using 'Rise in Love' organic cacao from Peru, it's grown and cultivated by the Ashaninka tribe in Peru, produced on a fully indigenous-owned cooperative farm.
It’s entirely non psychedelic. Most people describe it as grounding, comforting, and uplifting, a bit like a warm hug.
Who's this for?
This is for anyone curious about slowing down, feeling more present, or exploring recovery and rest in a way that still feels alive and adventurous.
No experience with sound journeys, breathwork, or cacao is needed.
