❋ Cancellation & Refund Policy
I know that life happens, plans shift, and sometimes things don’t unfold as expected. At the same time, the spaces I hold require preparation, energetic presence, and advance commitments. Clear boundaries help ensure these offerings remain sustainable, safe, and nourishing for everyone involved.
Please take a moment to read the policy below before booking.
❋ Yoga Classes & Group Sessions
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start time may be transferred to another class (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes late arrivals and no-shows.
❋ Sauna Rituals, Women’s Circles & Workshops
These experiences are intentionally kept small to protect the quality, safety, and intimacy of the space.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be transferred to a future session (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
If the event sells out and your space can be filled from a waitlist, I’m happy to offer a transfer where possible.
❋ Sound Journeys
Sound journeys are carefully curated experiences that require preparation, venue coordination, and energetic holding.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the sound journey are eligible for either a full refund or a transfer to a future monthly sound journey (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a future sound journey (subject to availability).
Why the 48-hour window?
In the final days before a sound journey, costs such as venue hire, setup, and preparation are already committed, and it is often too late to fill vacated spaces. This policy allows me to honour those commitments while still offering flexibility and care wherever possible.
❋ Retreats: cancellation by the guest
You may cancel your booking at any time, provided that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing/email.
(b) In all cancellation circumstances, the non-refundable deposit will be lost.
(c) If a cancellation is made within 8 weeks of the retreat starting, no refund will be possible on either the balance or the deposit.
(d) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.
❋ Retreats: cancellation by the organiser
If a cancellation is made by us, we will transfer you onto another retreat of the same value or we will fully refund all payments made to us.
❋ Illness & Emergencies
If you are unwell, please do not attend. Your wellbeing — and the wellbeing of the group — always comes first.
In cases of genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed outside the terms above, I will always approach communication with care and understanding.

By booking, you are not just reserving a space, you are entering a shared experience built on trust, presence, and mutual respect.These policies exist to honour:
• the integrity of the group
• the energy required to hold trauma-informed, inclusive spaces
• the sustainability of this work
